Wardrobe Decluttering
A wardrobe that works for the life you're living now
Most people I work with don't have too few clothes. They have too many. Multiple sizes, things bought for occasions that never came, items they loved five years ago, things gifted that never quite felt like them.
The result is a wardrobe that feels overwhelming to open. You wear the same handful of things on rotation, and the rest sits there quietly stressing you out every morning.
I help people across the Wirral, Liverpool, Chester and North Wales gently work through their wardrobes so what's left actually fits, suits, and gets worn. No throwing everything out. No pressure to follow anyone else's system. No judgement about how it got this way.
This is for anyone holding onto multiple sizes, anyone whose wardrobe doesn't reflect who they are now, and anyone who opens the doors in the morning and feels their shoulders drop.
What to expect
Real clothes, real bodies, real life
We start by getting everything out where you can see it properly. That sounds intimidating, but it's actually the bit that brings clarity. You can't make good decisions about clothes you can't find.
Then we go through it together. What fits now. What you actually reach for. What you've been holding onto out of guilt, hope, or habit. There's no rule about what stays. The only question is whether it serves the person you are today.
Sentimental items are handled carefully. We're not here to bin your wedding dress, your mum's cardigan, or the t-shirt from a holiday that meant something. Some things stay because they hold memory, and that's a perfectly valid reason.
Once we know what's staying, we organise it in a way that makes sense for how you get dressed. By colour, by category, by season, whatever works for the way your brain finds clothes. Simple systems beat complicated ones every time.
A typical wardrobe session runs 3 to 5 hours, depending on size and how much we're working with. If you'd like help removing items, I can take them away for donation, recycling or resale. Most things go to local charity shops where they can be reused.
I work across the Wirral, Liverpool, Chester and North Wales, including Birkenhead, Heswall, West Kirby, Bromborough, Crosby, Southport, Ellesmere Port and Warrington.
